quick question

i just bought an 03 tl type s and i was wonderin how big the fuel tank is on it

really!? i was thinkin it was like 13 or 14

The empty indicator lamp is on when roughly 14 gallons were consumped, but the tank holds roughly 17 gallons.

thats how much you have used when the low fuel light comes on. When that happens there is typically 3. some gallons left. manual states 17.2

My light comes on when 13.3 gallons are used. 1999 TL. It's very consistant. I can always figure on driving at least 60-100 more miles after the light comes on.

Doesn't it show in the owners manual how big the tank is? It has been in every owners manual that I have ever seen.
