Quick! Help with new grille, please!

Quick! Help with new grille, please!

Im trying the new grille with the gutter guard and im trying to get my old grille off. Ive gotten the front three black plastic closed nuts off but the back two have a nut on the other side that rotates when i turn the plastic nut. i cant get to it either. please help guys, maybe im missing something.

should come off pretty easy, idid it a couple months ago... try using vice grips and pliars

yeah thanks, i got it. turns out the rectangular piece on the other side had stripped away the plastic and was free-turning. just jammed a screwdriver in there and twisted it right out. BTW, my gutter guard grille looks great. im very pleased.

gutter grille

where can you buy those gutter grilles? what colors do they come in. can you paint them. are they metal or plastic

i got mine from home depot for about 5 bucks. its just metal grating that goes over your gutters. i cut mine diagonally for the look and it took some adjusting but i got it to fit. i guess you could spray paint it but i cant think of a color that would look good.
