question for you guys

When I start the car and it just sits and idles there is a ticking noise that does not stop. I cant figure out what this is. Im not worried about it just gets kind of annoying I guess. I have Comptech headers and a remote start that is the only 2 things I could think of that it would be. Any ideas here. See sig for full list of mods.
Thanks guys.

Where is the noise coming from?

If it's by the driver's side rear tire, then it's an emissions valve. If it's coming from the engine bay, then it's again an emissions valve. If you're hearing this noise getting louder as the revs go up, then it's an exhaust leak.

It doesn't mean the emissions valve is bad. It's supposed to tick, apparently. I have the same thing in my car.

Not a problem. But since you said you have headers, do make sure that it's not an exhaust leak. The ticking noise from the emissions solenoid could easily be confused with an exhaust leak ticking noise. Exhaust leak isn't cool at all.
