Question for Toronto TL owners
What dealership successfully fixed your problems with squeaky sun roof and drivers seat creaks ??
I mentioned those problems when I did my service @ Acura 2000 dealership, they said they did something to fix it, but it's still not fixed. I didn't have time to argue with them, so I better ask you guys and go fix those problems in the dealership where they know what to do about it.

They said that they ajusted seats tracks, but it still creaks.
I remember reading that sunroof greasing is temporary fix. To fix it permanently they need to install some kind of tape or something.

I purchased mine @ Acura 2000, and have no problems yet. Anybody else in the area had good or bad luck @ Acura 2000?
I was impressed with this dealership when I bought my car, unlike all prior vehicle purchases I have made.
I hope their service is good. I have only had my oil changed here.

i havn't actually bought my tls yet....but on a helpfullness issue,
i've found the delearship on Yonge/Steeles the best.
I've also found the staff at downtown acura to be the most cocky and least helpful

Erin Mills Acura
I bought mine from Erin Mills Acura (2 months ago), and was very impressed with the buying experience. I test drove the car 6 times before buying one (during comparisons) and all of the times just walked in and returned the keys and said --- "Still Undecided" -- and walked out. No pressure whatsoever!
I have about 5300kms now (all hwy) and have had the roof open a couple of times and not noticed any squeak, (maybe they fixed it before I got it , but I have the tailpipes misalignment issue. Gonna get that fixed when I go in for the oil change.

I bought mine at the North Toronto but I'll service it at Sherway if I have to. (winter time)
During my demonstration of the car, (they take you in for orientation, talk about all acuras, and their dealership) I talked to the mechanics to get the feel as to what they know.
Let me tell you that 2 mechanics did not know what a B-series engine is. They offered to let me use their OEM shop manuals. I said, I read it, know it. No thanks.

Fairview Acura is alright.....but after taking my car in 3 times they still haven't been able to fix the rattle in the right rear window or door. Every time they say they don't hear the noise.....they must have idiots working there or they're taking me for a ride.
