Maybe I am being paranoid - but

When I acclerate say up to 35 45 range and pull of the acclerator - my car "sometimes" sees to drop RPM's like a rock (this is a 03 TL-S built 07/03) It never stalls but the slow down is almost jerk like?

am I being paranoid or am I seeing tranny issues?

 

Hey are u using the slap stick or just have it in auto.....they car is new keep in mind let it get some of the funk out doesnt sound like a real problem but u have full coverage take it in and let em know about it...for ur own peace of mind....Peace

Just drive the car and don't do that with the accelerator, you're not driving a stick you know.

you're just being paranoid...I feel the same way sometimes and I took it to the dealer..the said everything is fine...no codes on the tranny...relax..you've got a great car..enjoy it.

 

Our cars also have grade logic control, so if you are coming down a hill or going up a hill, it will hold a gear to help acceleration(up hill), or to hel braking(down hill).

 

I had the Same exact issue took it to the dealer and they said something about a tourqe conveter (didn't really care once they said it was normal) or something like that

 

why are you letting go of the accelerator? Shouldn't you have that thing mashed to the floor ALL the time?

 

I would cept for those darn other drivers on the road
