I tried to take off the grill but the 2 clip things part is really hard, it felt like it's stocked there or something..... I checked the FAQ section but there is not much details...
Can anyone who's done this share some experience? Thanks!

 

If you put your fingers behind the two clips, you should be able to squeeze them together to get them to pop off.
