What's better to answer a newbie's question by another newbie ? Well, I installed the Neuspeed upper Strut tie-bar in my TL-S recently and I definitely noticed an improvement in cornering. Price is pretty reasonable also...bought it here. Even though it'll fit on the TL-S, some force is gonna be required to get it installed. I had to use a crowbar to kinda force it in position.
Good luck.

Not entirely true. The upper strut works great with sways. The upper strut should not need the assistance of a crowbar to install. When I did mine all I did was loosen and jack up one end and the bar went on without any force. I would definitely recommend the sways WITH the upper strut.

The Comptech Springs and Sways are made for the TL.

The Neuspeed Strut Bar is from an Accord, but fits perfectly on the TL.....

As long as you have a jack and a decent torque wrench you will be fine.

There are several good faq's on the installation on this site, and you can do a search for some good threads with additional info. It only took me a couple hourse to do the sways.

Personally... I'd install the strut bar myself (takes about 10 min.) but have a shop do the sways... but that's just me.
