Actually MANY members had issues with them in the past. Not sure about now days but early on with the 2g we stayed away from them. You can buy a OEM one for very close to what the aftermarket ones are.
Also as stated above If you do go aftermarket get the Plug in ones and not the splice ones. *Also* read carefully on the ones your looking at. Some need to be purchased in pairs.

I heard Denso make for Acura oem O2 sensor, any idea? They got the plug in one and claim direct fit in. Thanks everyone.

I tried Bosch and had driveability problems. Replaced them with Denso and problems went away. OEM sensor that I took out said Denso right on it.

What is the issue with the ones that must be spliced? Other than having to splice it?

Having to cut wires and splice. If not done correctly you will probably get CELs again, wires will corrode. And it takes more time. Why splice when you can get plug and play.

Thanks everyone. I think Denso will be better choice, since oem cost around$130 and Denso for $60~$70 shipped with same quality. The reason I change is I got CEL on code p0420 and car mileage is almost 200k so just give a try(recent MPG dropped to 16~17).

I could see how that could happen w/ a joint that wasn't soldered & insulated well. Only other reason I could think of was cost, if there was a substantial difference between them.
