Every time i turn on my window washer it sprays too hard and some ends up on my back window. Anyone know how to fix this?

 

it only happens if your not moving fast enough, they figure you will need to have the best spray when ur moving and need to see not while your in traffic so they designed the spray alittle higher so that when your moving at speed you will be able to get enough of the window washing agent to cover most of the window and not just at the bottom half.....im sorry if this is confusing but i dont know how else to explain this .
