Is this normal?

The passenger vent is open. Recirc. button is off.

I turn on the heater, but the air doesn't feel warm like the driver's side. It feels like outside air is just flowing in.

However when I have the AC on, boths side, both sides feel cold?

has anybody experienced this?

 

Did you set the temp??

 

Yeah, the temp is in auto. I crank up the temperature. I feel left side with hot air coming out. Right side - none - feels like "unheated" air from outside. I will take it to dealer
