I have an Acura TL 00 I would like to know could I put an 06 or 07 power steering rack on the car I'm already going to be doing the AV6 swap is the steering rack the same thing because I would just buy both of them at the same time?

you may want to check in the 2G CL forums; there was a thread about switching it out in the last few months, the OP was looking for better turn radius.

What's wrong with the existing rack?

I'm losing a large amount of power steering fluid where the steering column connects to the rack. By what I seen you can't fix that, it's trash.
