Power steering cooler

Hello everyone! I've replaced everything besides my power steering cooler. Including the hose going to it. Now I've just developed a leak front passenger side. And I'm pretty sure it's the cooler. Looks like I need to remove the front bumper to do this job. But I can't find a video anywhere for it so I was hoping someone can give me some insight on the job. Thank you very much!

Couldn't find a guide but #18 is the cooler.

Looks like pull the front bumper, 2 bolts, and 2 hose clamps. Check the "rubber" hoses and clamps.
