power booster (Brake)

well i brought my car into the precision acura dealership in NJ for the 3rd time concerning my brake problem...last time i came i told the guy what the problem was and he said he knows wut im talking about and they will fix it on my next appt... so i show up for my next appt. and give him the keys at the service dep. and he goes..."so what was wrong with your car" im like i was here 3 days ago and i showed the mechanic what was wrong..hes like "o well we have to see again bcuz we see nothing wrong with your brakes. at this point i was so ****in pissed off cuz they were supposed to FIX IT by this appt. so the mechanic gets in the car i explain to him whats wrong and hes like "ok let me take it around the lot" so i let him.. and he thought he was a smart ass by not pressing hard on the brake..so i was like "no watch me dont try to avoid this." so get into the drivers seat and im flying through the dealership parking lot at about 30 press the brakes and the guy almost **** his pants...i had a problem with my power booster...whenever i pressed the brake air would escape the break pedal would drop and the car would jerk.. i kept doing it over and over until he had enough. overall they fixed it for free...that dealership doesnt take 18 year olds serious. they think they dunno wtf we r talking about and that pisses me off..sorry i wrote so much but i was just wondering if any1 else heard of this problem..he said they never heard of the power booster being deffective before..thnx guys latez

wow some one actually complain about that dealer ship. When i moved to Hamilton over the summer, i stopped by Pricision acura to check some new models out. No one came over to help, even though i pulled up in a TLS. To top it off, when my tranny blew up in september, they wouldn't even take my car in. They said i have to go back to the dealer where i bought my car from. Im like what is this, treating some 19 year kid like dirt. So i called Sussman Acura up and they had me bring the car in that same day. I must say Pricision Acura dont care about their customers, also very unfriendly and ignorant people work there. If you have ANY problems with your car, go to Sussman Acura, they have the best service of any car deal i have been to.

I wonder if that has anything to do with a spongy pedal feel?

Spongy pedal feel usually has to do with air in your brake lines, meaning they need to be bled out.

I put Brembo brake kiton front and changed rear rotors and brake lines. Dealer changed my master cylinder and bled brakes but still fees like it doesnt really grip hard until the last 1/2 to 3/4 of the pedal position. I guess I will have to try bleeding them myself.
