I'm still confused.. what's a bans? Is it the elastic on the arms? The white band? I'm going to totally lose sleep over this.. I have to know what a bans is.

for some reason, it looks like a uniform. I think that grey or black would look better, more elegant, Like our tl's. Other than that, it looks good.
