PLEASE Help with AC FAN ISSUE!!
Hey so i finally got rid of my 00tl-p and bought a 03 TL-S, heres the thing when I start the car up in the morning the AC and heat fan all works like it should for about 3 minutes then I hear a loud electrical buzzing noise from the passenger fan/glove compartment area while the fan is blowing. Followed by 10 seconds of that electrical buzzing noise the fan just quits and everything stops working, No AIR comes out of the vents anymore no matter what setting it at. The LCD gauge controls work perfect but no matter whats it set at the fan WILL not blow any air at all.
I leave the car for about 20 minutes come back in turn on the fan or AC it'll work like normal then 3 minutes later the electrical buzzing noise comes back and the fan stops blowing air.
I can hear the AC engage from the engine when I turn it on, but when the vents stops working even If I turn the AC on threes no engagement NOTHING happens.
If anyone can help me ASAP!!! I cant drive around with FOGGY windows!!

thats what I thought too- the blower motor connector has an update kit with longer wires and new connector- under 20 bucks at dealer
How old is the cabin filter-original? have you checked it yet for plugged with crud?
figure no one before you knew about it- spend 20 bucks on a new set

Unplug all wire harnesses from underneath the passenger glove box, and then wait a minute and re-connect. I had the same exact issue about a month ago, I figured that I would give it a try and now it works fine again.
I had a similar problem earlier this summer, but my compressor would not kick in either. I replaced the heater motor transistor switch which is located under the glovebox next to the fan motor. Everything was working again. Available online or at the dealer $40-45. Autozone $140. Hope this helps. I have a new problem after my battery fuse went out and was replace the a/c fan is stuck on high and the compressor only kicks in unpredicatbly and very rarely. Appreciate any ideas.
