I don't think he's advertising b/c he's selling it... I think that he is posting this as an FYI to save money for any members who use Pinnacle Wax.

If you go to Pinnacle's website this information is right on there... so again, I think he's just pointing out a good deal.

Ditto, I got the same email from them as I have bought from them in the past. Its a good deal just in time for the holidays.

Question: I can use Zymol's Quick Detailer with Pinnacle's Poly Clay right? I have a full bottle of it in the garage and would like to save the $7 the Pinnacle. Also should I use a microfiber cloth while I clay or will a terry towel do?

You don't need to use Zymol's QD. You can just mix up some car wash solution and water for a lube. I don't quite follow your towel question, so this is how I clay. I rinse the car, wash a section, leave it soapy, use my lube and clay that area, wash it again with the mitt and then rinse the car down. Whenever claying, you can't have too much lube.
Hope this helps

Unhappy I'm sorry

OK, had a bad day at the office and took it out on someone on the board. Bad decision on my part. I am sorry for being such an a$$ yesterday with my flame post.

SK2003TypeS: On one detailing site it said to use a Microfiber towel to dry as you clay. Was wondering if a terry towel will do.

My guess is that a terry towel will do. Don't want to hurt my baby. Thats why I asked the question.

Chet03TL-S, oh ok. yeah, whatever you feel is fine for your paint. I don't dry while I clay though. My concern is that while or after claying, there will be some residue from the clay, soap and/or debris. So just to be extra safe, I'll wash and rinse again.
