you can jack the car up by either the front tow hook, lower control arm, or the front engine mount...

Sorry to sound stupid, but is it sprayed or brushed on? And either way, how'd you mask the rotor?

G2 is brushed on and you can cover it with masking tape and newspaper.

Thanks. I been thinking of painting them, but today I saw one done, that really looked sharp, helped me decide.

Now that you have RED calipers, slap some cross drilled / slotted rotors & performance pads on that puppy and feel the difference!

I have been doing that research myself and people seem to be very happy with the results using Foliatec and G2. I originally wanted to use the new Dupli-color Brake Caliper Kit but it is so hard to find that I just bought the G2 online yesterday instead.

But how do you jack up the car using that point and stick in the axle stand on the same point?

Was the Dupli-Color you used sprayed on or brushed on? What did you use to clean the calipers?

I just took a toothbrush with brake cleaner. Duplicolor also has a spray on pre-brake cleaner specially made if you're about to color the brake calipers. But mine were sprayed on. Too lazy to brush...

front engine mount...the manual lists it as a point to place a floor jack...its the first metal thing you see if you look under the front of you car in the middle....you'll see it...everything else under the fornt of the ca ris plastic...also if you look from the engine bay and look down at the front engine mount...you can see where it would be if you looked form underneath the car...you can lift both fornt tires at the same time this way....

no it is not perfect like new after, but with the cleaner they provide and if you just use a good brush i think it does the job just fine.
