Thanks to all who gave pointers on my thread from Jan. 18th .
I fished out the relay board from the box and I think I found the culprit but not 100% sure...what do you guys think? Should I just add more solder to all points in case?
The bottom pins don’t look great.. looks like corrosion but could be cleaned up perhaps, Use some high% Isopropyl alcohol and a soft bristled toothbrush. I’d reflow that middle one for sure with some new solder and while you’re there, wouldn’t hurt to reflow the bottom (after cleaned up) as well.
Likk\e Thoiboi said! I'd reflow all of them and give the board a good cleaning. Ig you have the FSM, the relay troubleshooting and diagrams start on page 11-160

Thanks you guys! I went over every single point with my butane iron, added some more to pins that looked like they needed some, and reinstalled it yesterday night at my mechanics lot. FIRED RIGHT UP! Drove it around for a bit to charge the battery because it had been sitting for over a month.
I was dreading having to tackle the fuel pump, sooo glad I came here first.
