At my first dealer service this morning, they fixed the only source of noise I've experienced in my new 2002 TLS - a fairly annoying creaking sound coming from behind the dash on the passenger side whenever the AC kicked in or out.

They knew exactly what the problem was - the back of the glove box was apparently rubbing against an AC vent tube.

They adjusted the glove box - noise is gone!

The car is now whisper quiet inside.
