Folks, electric issues here.

So I had a loose ground wire a month ago that threw up a bunch of codes. I fixed the wires, checked fuses and some accessible relays after my car cranked but didn't start. The main relay was completely dead and the shift lock relay showed zero resistance across the switch terminals (both have been replaced). I think the intermittent wiper relay is out, too but I haven't confirmed that, yet. My key fob and key don't work anymore, either. Strangely, the valet key works, so I'm living with it for now. The fuses are okay, as are other accessory relays. So here's what I can't understand: when I'm in park and press the brake to shift the gear lever, the neutral light comes on. Both P and N are then red. If I press the brake when I'm already in D, the N light doesn't come on. Emergency and normal brake indicator and lights work as they should. What might be crossing together? I haven't checked any solenoids (the shift lock solenoid sounds a little louder than normal) -- I might do that later but wanted some opinion here before I went that route.

I have a 99 TL.

Also.. how can I access the driver's under-dash fuse/relay box? I know the fuses can be accessed by removing a panel but I don't see any relays on the panel? Are they in the area where the main relay is?
