VSA light + cant shift out of park

somebody help i am having this same problem! what do i do?

just got my airhorn and was honking it at some loser, then all of a sudden the horn went dead and the vsa light turned on. I turned off the car and when i tried to turn it on, the car would start but it wouldnt shift out of park! I also noticed that my brake lights are NOT turning on when i press the brake pedal...help

I called the place that did the horn and they said it was fuse #13 that controls all of that and is causing my problem, what u guys think is this true?

I think so. Look at the fuse box.
It just happened to my bro's RSX-S.
Horn and rear brake lights on same fuse. But his problem was an improper spliced wire blowing the fuse.

not shifting out of park is a safety feature if the brake lights fail- it wont go anywhere
should be same as my gen2 but check your book:
To override- remove the small plastic piece on right side of shifter handle
insert car ignition key down and push in slot
Its now released- move shifter to N and hold brakes on
Remove key- insert key in ignition- start

get a dedicated circuit for the air horn-
or stop using it so much it overheats the wire and fuse blows~
