I`ve never had this code but for sure know it is transmission related. Usually it means something is off on your transmission and you need to get it scanned for possibly more fault codes.
Sometimes you can clean your solenoid screens and change the tranny oil and tranny filter, that might do the trick to erase the codes after you reset the computer.
Some more info couldn`t hurt, like is the oil level correct or is the transmission fluid discolored or smells burnt. Does it shift funny?

Have a look at the ground cables attached to the body and transmission, also check all the the wires on each of the connectors on the transmission (might be a short to ground) any wire that is touching a metal surface and is broken is the likely culprit.
Like Nicks2001tl mentioned check the oil level, maybe its overfilled.
