Clean your egr port. Since you have a 1999 like me there is just one egr port to clean. You need throttle cleaner and a toothbrush or clothes hanger to remove the crud and carbon build up. Takes about half an hour.

You need to remove the plenum and your set.

There is a DYI for it for second gen.

you will need to ORDER a tb to manifold gasket- no shops stock them
