maybe its just something loose but when i put the rpms at 1000 (barely touching pedal, so it happens everytime I take off) with ac on it makes a rattling noise on passenger side....cant find what it could be..anyone else ever hear this..WHAT IS IT??? I'm gonna have to take it in AGAIN if I cant find out...

Well your Micron A/C filter is located on your passenger's side, behind the glove box..so it might be that somethings loose or something just got caught in your filter.
