This thread should be locked or moved to car talk!!! Five pages and no info? Not funny. Until I see something this thread is worse than the "Who wants custom cams" thread.

Anyway, I will add to the off topic nonsense of these first few pages.

Kris, it looks like you have Eagle F1 GSD3's on the car. How do you like them? I have them on my CLS 235/45-17 and I think they are one of the best tires I have ever owned. I have been through some tires. They wear very slowly relative to how I drive and they give insane amounts of confidence/traction in my opinion. Do you agree? Good luck with whatever it is you are up to. I look forward to seeing how much power you can make with a full length rear mounted bong. At least with it in the rear you wont need ice. Jealous.

ANSWER:

He is building a time machine, with the need for an extra muffler for the removal of the byproducts of the flux capacitor. the exhaust pipe, heh, thats just to wrap around the car in order to balance the hover effect once he installs it (after venturing to the future, of course).

1.21 Jigawats eh? Do you think he is going fission like the first model of the Delorian or is he going for the fusion power Dr. Emmit Brown pioneered for the second model power plant for the Delorian?

My floor is dent free thank you very much.

(its lifting the car from teh factory jack point. the cradle fits over the lift point, which actually uses the whole lift point and never bends or crushes a small portion of it like the small lift pads on jacks)

Oh come on, that thread has like what 11 pages??? This is like only 5 pages.

The F1s are by far my favorite tire. I have them on the stock wheels that i now use for auto-x. Ive had 3 sets now. You are right they wear really well. Ive had most tires out there and these are one of the best ive ever driven. Very predictable, nothing beats them for wet traction. Ill be getting them or i may try the new Eagle F1 Asymmetric for my 18s when the tires on them wear out

Sounds great! I would like to hear your review of the Asymmetric's relative to the GSD3's. I feel the same about the GSD3's.

It must be fision for now. Once he gets to the future, he will get the specs and what not for fusion (once they actually have it figured out).

Where was I on that? Clearly since he has not yet BEEN to the future it must be fission.

I also highly recomend them as well to anyone in need of new tires. For the record, they are by far the best tire I have ever owned and I have owned many in all price ranges.
