Sounds like a hum. Does it every time i start the car and take off. Sounds like a motor or something doing a self check or something.

Does it as soon as I take off and then at 15mph.

I have also heard a similar sound when turning into a driveway so I feel like it might be suspension related or something.

Surely you guys know what this is.

Its normal. Its the abs self check. it does it twice. Nothing ot worry about.

 

^^ x2, Acura could of made it more silent, I wonder how many owners out there have brought their vehicle in to the dealership after hearing that noise hehe

 

I mentioned it to a tech during my first service. They couldn't explain it... I eventually found the answer on this forum.

Yup. ABS self diagnostics. It does it twice.
