OK, I went to the dealer to get the noise which was coming from Apillar.
After the service, the guy told me that there was a wire running through the apillar that goes all the way to the top of the apillar. He said that the wire is not factory. Is it possible that the wire is for the sensor of the alarm that I got installed? I didn't get to see the alarm installation so I am not sure if that wire if from the alarm.
Does anyone else with noise problem have aftermarket alarm installed???

Anyway, it doesn't rattle now
