Noise after spring install

I installed my H&R springs on saturday and now I notice this loud metal squealing noise coming from the fron of the tire whenever my wheel is straight and I am not braking. Has anyone experienced this before or have some advice for me as to what to look for when I take off the front wheels this afternoon?
