I don't see why they don't build that $h|t into the car in the first place.

I wonder if that kit does what is supposed to? I'm willing to bet that the thief would get pissed and then smash the lights.
I guess you are damned if you do and damned if you don't.

If a thief wants it.. HE will get it

It might take him longer but he will get it..

And with this thing on he will damage the body more getting it..

But If a Maxima and a TL are parked next to each other..

The Thief will of course go for the easier Lights, THE ACURA TL..

At least the Bracket makes the thief think twice before stealing headlights from a Maxima..

One problem, thief wont know about the brackets until he has his crowbar behind the headlights, and he'll probably destroy the headlights and body panls before realizing something is up.

Something like this would only work if it were retrofitted to all the Maxima's, TL's on the road.

And how does the thief know they have an extra bracket? Does it come with a sticker?

They dont but if they have a choice between TL and MAxima and know that Nissan might have the chance of having the bracket.. THan they will go for the TL..

I mean yes if it was from teh factory than it would warn all thieves, letting them know its on all the cars...

I HOPE 2004TL has something like this
