Post NEX CoilOvers installed...PICS!!

Just installed my NEX CoilOver...
I've been debating on which ones to get, Apexi or NEX... and it came down to features and the NEX CoilOvers has it hands down..
The Nex CoilOver System has Spring adjustment as well as Height adjustment, so you can raise and lower the car without even touching the spring perch, this means that you are keeping the same spring compression but yet lowering the car(the shock has a treaded top for adjusting the spring as well as a threaded bottom so you can adjust the height)
The ride is significantly harder yet alot more responsive!!! the height on my car in the pics is about a 3" drop. When we we're adjusting the springs I put it on it's lowest setting and the rim was tucked in the fenders...when I have time I'll slam it and take pics for you guys!

Nice photoshop work Tann

The NEX looks good, try having 5 people in your car and see if that would rub. That's nice, adjustable ride height.

another plus of the nex coilovers is that it's a straight swap...you do not reuse any stock parts! the a'pexi coilovers require the reuse of the stock rubber upper mounts (like the accords) and associated hardware right? so it's something that you can do yourself, if you are handy with tools, without the need of a spring compressor.

Thanx guys!!!! gotcha!! it's PhotoShop!! J/K they are real.....the questions about the rubbing - I'm not worried about the tire rubbing(up and down) but the front comes down so low that I don't think I can turn without rubbing.
DonTL,
I'm sure it'll fit, you got the right offset but when it's lowered that much the thing I worried about is the turning ratio(inside rubbing) My setup doesn't rub at all(turning both ways max).
Mike(TLon19),
Yup me too, I love the slammed look, I'll try some pics this weekend!!!
ID10T,
You right it's a straight swap, was pretty simple!! no need to compress anything!

Hey Tann,
I need your help. I am in the process of getting coilovers soon and was deciding on which one to get. But after seeing your ride, the NEX looks sweet as hell. I was also thinking about the Apexi.

I know you explained a little about the difference between the two earlier but can you explain in DETAIL what is the difference (also how much, ride feel, amount of drop, etc...)??? If it is long you can just e-mail me instead of writing everything here on the forum. I need to know asap because I want to get it before I head down to AC for HIN on April 7.

Thanks in advance Tann.

hey...sorry about starting a topic w/in a topic...but, i was looking at those pics...and was wondering : how hard would it be to create a side exhaust for the tl? that goes right infront of the left and right rear tires. That'd look soo phat!
