New TL owner - first question
Just got a black/parchment TL w/o nav. Where did all my headroom go? I am 6 ft. tall, the seat is as low as it can go, I have about 1/16th inch clearance(if I just got a haircut). The car I test drove seemed to have more room. Edmunds specs. say TL has 1.5in. more headroom than Accord. I have more room when I sit in my friends Accord. Anyone else 6ft or more have headroom problems? Still love the car - smooth and quick.

This has been one of the concerns with the TL. I'm only 5'9" and I have less than 2" of head room remaining. It seems that people that have a taller than average torso seem to have the most problem.
I had to keep adjusting my seat for a couple of weeks before I found the best position for me, keep trying.
And I didn't want to forget...welcome to the board.

I'm 6'7" and (of course) the headroom is a little tight for me. I recline the seat back somewhat (it looks like a LOT from outside the car -- the headrest is visible through the back door window). Luckily my arms are long enough so that I can find a very comfortable driving position.

Well, I am 5'10' and got long legs. The headroom is a bit tight for me, but not as bad as the knee room. I got no space for my knee. Maybe that's because I don't have long arms, and I don't like to recline my seat way back. I wish they have telescoping adjustment on the steering wheel. I test drove an Audi 1.8T yesterday. Damn the driving positioin is nice, and the heated seat is AWESOME. WAY BETTER than what I got on my TL. I am gonna test drive the S4 this weekend with my friend. The price is right between the 330 and the M3. So does the performance... Damn gotta love the 4WD. It snows like CRAZY in Toronto, now.
BTW welcome aboard.

I'm 5'10" with no problems. I adjust my seat so that I can just grab the top of the wheel while sitting back in the seat. This means the seat goes all the way back and tilts a little. I think its comfortable and it makes it easy to re-adjust when someone needs to sit behind me.

I too am slightly disappointed in the headroom. I'm a little over 5'11" and my hair will brush against the roof sometimes unless I push it way back...but I don't like to sit way back. I guess I'll have to get a shorter haircut My hair is a little spikey. I still like my car though.

Well, I am 6'4 and at first I really didnt notice it until I started going over some rolling hills and my head was banging the roof. But now, I just tilted back the seat and shaved my head.

I'm just about 6'1" and I have no problems with headroom. I have the seat reclined pretty far back which I don't mind at all because I'm more comfortable like that. Tough luck for whoever sits behind me though.

I don't have the TL, but have the Accord EXV6. I am 6'3" and you have to open the sunshade, put the seat to the floor, but not all the way, and then use the power settig where the whole seat tilts. Then recline the seatback. It takes a while but you will eventually get it right until someone changes the position like my short wife. Can't wait until memory seats on the new TLS.The only problem is my left leg gets sore sometimes as it rests on the centre console. The problem is that there are not many cars with a power sunroof that fits tall driveras. I have found Nissans the worst to fit me.

anyways, i'm 5'11" and i have no problem w/head room, but being that i'm 18 and my seat is reclined almost to a flat position, i guess i have no problem w/my head rubbing the ceiling... however i hate holding my self up by the steering wheel
