New HEadlight Assembly come w. ballast?
I think i need a new ballast does the headlight assembly's that u buy from ebay come with ballast? or do I need another one?

some do come with ballasts. you can find used but in good condition ones on ebay that are the full assembly. i bought one that looked perfect with the ballsts and bulbs for 100 bux. you just have to look

and get lucky. if you dont need it right away, just use the next few weeks to look around ebay. i actually picked up a full HL assembly for a 99 tl for only 70 bucks myself. so just look

it would be cheaper to just buy a new HID kit.

but I dont have any idea on what type of HID kit to buy. also how would I mount the ballast? What brand or type of hid kit could I buy?
