Need some help removing 3 bolts, installing headers

I've been trying to remove these 3 bolts to install a set of headers and they are a PITA to remove.

This is the part on the bottom of the car as seen in the picture below (not my car but just as an example)

I've sprayed liquid wrench on it, for about 30 mins and given it another try.... then used a torque wrench to get some leverage, hit it with an impact wrench w/ a hammer a few times, some more liquid wrench for 15 minutes or so.

These are so gawd damn stubborn. I cant even get the one easiest to reach off. An tips? Any tips to remove the one in the back with EVEN LESS room to work with?

Or any detailed set of instructions of anything would help. I didnt try a torch since I dont want to melt anything. I've tried letting the car run to get it hot but I am not sure if that is hot enough.

if you tried a breaker bar AND an impact driver with no results then i would just hacksaw it off and buy new bolts myself.

sorry.

How many times do you think it'll take with a impact driver... the hand one, I didnt try the air impact wrench yet.

Do I have to remove that shield to get to the other side of the bolts?

I put the car on ramps and it gives a little amount of room to use the torque wrench. I think I would have more luck if it was on a lift.

your best bet is a impact (air) if you have one available to you. other wise you could try a torch and heat them before hand. heating bolts that are rusted and stubborn helps alot.

I did try air impact gun for a few tries but the first time around but that was before trying liquid wrench. Didnt have the air impact available to me the second time.

I'll give the air gun another try. How long should I let the liquid wrench soak? It says 15 minutes, and I've done searches some say hours and some say 24 hours before hand.

the longer the better, try heating them up (you can buy torches at local hardware stores) for around 20 bucks get the bolts nice and hot then try removing them

I removed almost everything except for this part and I had to put everything back together since it was getting dark

I've never torched anything before so I was worried about using it so leaving the car running isnt going to get it hot enough huh?

the liquid wrench wont go up in flames. spray it on and let it soak in awhile then use the torch and get them good and hot (1 at a time)

Thanks guys!!! Alright, I'll give the a few more tries without the torch until I get one this weekend.

Question, with the Megan headers do I use the same bolts or are there new ones to the headers to the exhaust?

go to home dept, get one of those really long pipes and have them cut it into about 5 pieces. go home, put a crap load of liquid wrench all over the bolts. get a wrench, slide the pipe over the handle and just pull down, the extra leverage gives you so much more power.
