Exclamation Need some help please on 6 speed swap dash wiring

I have a 02 TL-S and I bought a six speed swap back in april but do to my mother being sick with breast cancer I have not got around to it. Finally this saturday I began the conversion but now im kind of stuck. I have basicly everything in just dont know about the wiring at the corners of the dash board. I used the 03 CL-S 6 upper and lower wiring but there are some plugs that dont match to the ones on the car. I also noticed I have nothing to plug into the the 2 switches on the clutch pedal so I know it wont start. Someone please help.
