my left wiper blade holder doesn't flip fully. It is halfway under the trunk, is that how the wipers are on a tl?

under the hood, and yes, that's how the TL's are. It's in the manual how to flip them up. Turn the car off when the wipers are half way.

Do you mean windshield wipers?

The one on the passenger side is under the HOOD right?

To get that to flip up, turn on the wipers and then turn off your car when the wipers are up (kinda like how the ricers do it).

Once the are up, you should be able to flip it open to get under it.

Yep, that's what I do.. push the wipers up and shut the car... or ap the wiper stalk and it will move up a drop without making a full rotation..
