Ok, gona take a trip over to a local junk yard to see if i can find an 02-03 TL with some perfect condition Tail Lights that i can remove with my own tools and see if i can buy them from the junk yard for a decent LOWER price then $150 a piece being that these tail lights are used and coming from a junk yard. If someone could answer any of these questions below id appreciate it. Going to the junk yard in about an hour. Need response ASAP. Thanks.

What tools exactly will i need in order to successfully remove the 02-03 Tail Lights in case i do find one?

Also, what exactly should i be removing from the 02-03 Tail Light if i plan on chaning my 99TL tail lights out?

And what exactly does the wiring harness look like if anyone can tell me?

all yiou need are pilars, or some adjustable wrench.

it's just five (or 6) nuts that you have to unscrew on each tail light.

btw, good luck. i tried to find something at the junkyard. didin't have any luck.

 

i believe its 8mm bolts 5 on each taillight

 

nope they are nuts, the bolts (threaded stud) is attached to the lights.... and I think they are 6mm

YOu will have to fold back the carpet in the trunk to get to it.
