There are 2 wires in that area. 1 is for the TDC sensors and one si for a temp sensor for the motor. I cant tell in those pics which wires are actually damaged but it looks like the temp sensor wire???
Those arent the TDC wires. I cant tell what they are. but they are on the wrong side for that now that i look closer.
To remove the power steering pump there is the one in the pics that has the long bolt with a nut on it. Loosen that most of the way which will take the tension off the belt, there is a nut/bolt on the bottom side that needs to removed then remove the nut that holds that to teh PS Pump. then on the back side there is a bolt.

I cant tell from there. The only wire i know of that is under the intake runners is a temp sensor. Either way there isnt a separate harness to buy. The whole engine harness is 1 unit.
All vehicles manufactured since '96 are required to have an OBD II computer system. This computer monitors almost all vehicle systems. When there is an anomally in the sytem it will "throw" a code. There is a port under the driver's side dash that accepts a code reader that when plugged in will produce a readout with numbers. Those numbers translate in to the anomally the system is experiencing. Most parts stores will have the reader and many will attach the reader and download your codes at no cost to you. Once you have the codes we will be able to isolate what the problem is with your car. The code will probably help I.D. that missing wiring harness as well.
Ok im going to ask this. What exactly are you looking for from us? You know what wire is damaged. there should be the matching wire cut somewhere near by. I posted earlier you cant "just" purchase the wire you need. all the wires on the engine are connected to 1 giant harness. You will have to try to attach what you have. You will probably have to remove the lower manifold runners to see or gain more access. If your car is running how without it it probably has something to do with a temp sensor or fan. DONT drive it if its not cooling properly unless you want to buy a new motor.

I cant find the matching wires.
This one is number 2 in the pic. It goes under the intake (the thing with the 6 holes on top). I think it is the temp sensor.

This one is number 1 in the pic.
I think the two connects together but don’t know how to cause one has 2 wires in side.
