Need clutch and flywheel torque specs now

As many of you prolly know I'm doing a 6 speed swap in my tl but I need the tq specs for the clutch and flywheel. This info is gold and I can't find it anywhere online please help

Flywheel bolt are 76 ft lbs in crisscross pattern and the clutch pressure plate is 19ft lbs

You should really download the service manuals for both the TL and CL... They're super useful if not required for the swap.
