Navi...
not a good question for a first post
I don't think it does....lol......Of course NOT
Well thinking about it, it will, if you get 13" rims and low profile tires. Or over size to 22" rims and tires. If you keep the overall size the same...no problem.

If you keep the rolling radius "in the ballpark", you should be ok.
People with CLS tire upgrades run 235/45-17, 225/45-17, 225/40-18, 225/45-18, 235/40-18, and 235/35-19 -- these are the sizes that work.
If you get too far off, you run into trouble with the NAVI -- the speed sensors in the wheels give you the most recent update info. If you loose the sats, you need a good and accurate tire size (235/45-17 esp Toyo t1s proxy -- chek the revs/mile vs. stock)
The NAVI box has the YAW sensor, and the box tries to compare against the speed sensor in the wheels (it will correct forward position to match GPS and location from time-to-time). It would be best to not make the unit fight all the time for correction!!!!
So, do try to use a tire calc or a size listed above!
