Mysterious Window Movement

It's not that much of a mystery because I figured it out what's going on, but why?

My rear passenger side window will creep down a little when I start the car. It audibly and visibly noticable. I just started and restared about three times and it moved down about 1/2 inch. I just ran out of warranty so I thought I would start here.

I checked the battery and the little status window is green, but it is 3 years old.

Any help is appreciated. I can't be the only one out there.

Thanks.

Short in the window switch or the motor? I would try this:

1 - Unplug the window switch for the front door (gotta remove the inner door panel) - see if that fixes it
2 - If that doesn't solve it, plug that back in and do the same thing for the rear passenger side window switch.
3 - If all else fails, try swapping the window motor from the rear driver's side
