Sorry for using the awful MS Powertoys thing, but I don't have my normal HTML tools available to me here at home in New Jersey (all my stuff is in VA!) ... Anyways, this was my first meet so I'm not very familiar with who everyone is ... but enjoy the pics!!!

Yeah it was definitely nice to finally meet you! Can't wait to see your TL (hopefully we'll both be able to make it to whatever the next meet is)!

There were definitely more cars there than were shown in the pics ... but not too many more. I think the cold and the re-scheduling for 1 week later (due to rain) made the turn-out a lot smaller than originally anticipated.

In terms of TLs, there really weren't that many ... Mostly CLs and RSXs came out.

Nice pics LiQiCe!! It was great to get out and meet everyone.... THere was only a handful of TL's there. Fun nonetheless....

There were probably around 35-40 or so cars there... but many left after they were eliminated. The pic we took at the end only had 19 cars in it.... since so many left.

Yeah I ended up leaving after I did my extra time trial run around 3pm or so (total of 5 runs for the day) ... My girlfriend was freezing (I was too) so I figured it was time to go home

 

what kind of times did the guy with the Comptech SC have?

 

He was running around 9.6 - 9.8 or so. Traction was an issue... but those times are still good. It basically puts him at Type-S time with a 1997 3.0CL.....

 

Man, what FUN!

Too bad we are all so far away. Other wise a National Acura Meet would be killer.

Hey ... I'm not from the area anymore so I'm not sure of any clubs or meets coming up, if you check out the "Acura TL meets" forum over here or the same type of forum on acura-cl.com you can probably find out about any upcoming events in the area!

BTW-My girlfriend lives in North Arlington, which is right near Kearny! Just thought that was cool.

We had about 30-35 Acuras (CL, TL, RSX) show up from this board, acura-cl.com, and tristateRSX.com. There were also about 40 other cars there running their own eliminations.. mostly domestics (Mustangs, Camaros, Novas, etc).
