Heard that I could remove the exhaust resonator..how? can I put it back?

 

u have to cut n weld a straight pipe in i think............only way to put it back in is to do the same thing again

 

yup you gotta cut and weld. i have this done with comptech exhaust on

i did this and i have HKS dragers, i only took out 1 resonator and it sounds nice!! not ricey at all, its just deep and smooth. take out the big one closest to the muffler, its the larger one... it makes a big difference!

 

how does it sound with the resonator on? still good?

 

it sounds good but you cant even tell you have exhaust unless you know what the car is supposed to sound like. The clip i sent you is of mine without the resonator...

 

how much does it cost to have it removed?

 

i paid like $30 for them to remove and add a straight pipe.

 

do you have another clip of the video? because my comp isn't opening the video, but i can hear it.

no..my comps says it can't find the right decompressor.
