I guess you can never stop huh.

Got a set of these for a steal. Stripped them and going to have them powdercoated black chrome.

Yeah they're only 16s but I don't really feel like sinking a bunch of money on new tires.

Here's the black chrome color I'm talking about...

OK so now the question is what color should I do my center caps?

Unfortunately the backs of the center caps are plastic and can't handle the head in the PC oven?

Going to get black chrome lugs. Or maybe I should do black lugs and center caps?

Again, here is the wheel. Going to be a PC black chrome finish.

i think black center caps w/ the "H" or "A" in silver would look good.

are you going to use Honda or Acura caps?

Acura. Nothing on my car is Honda. I think I'm going to have to paint the caps and get "A" stickers to put on them. Clear over them and I'm done.

Thats what i would do. Paint them as close as possible to the color and have a silver A sticker made and placed over and then clear them.

I did my own centercaps...I sanded, cleaned, primed, painted, cleared and then put the white vinyl sticker....

Teaser pic. Won't have them mounted till I move the end of this month.

Ordered the "A" emblems. Should be here next week.

Not bad, you pretty much get new wheels for less than $400. I may try something like this with my stock wheels once my new ones get here.

Yeah I think I'm going to strip my 99 wheels and have them re-cleared then try to sell them. They're still in great shape for being 11 years old.

Did the same thing to my TSWs but I did them in gold. Better than buying new rims and waaay more cheaper.
