I just want to share my dealer experience with all board members here. I took my car to Sierra Acura in Alhambra, CA and I can only say good things about it. I took the car in after seeing my D5 blinking/diming and they said I needed a transmission. I have an 02 with 81k. The y gave me a brand new MDX and I'm enjoying it. They are also replacing my faded door pillars both sides and fixing my seat warmer for the driver seat for free(warranty) . I love these guys. Just expressing my happiness and Happy Holidays to you all.

 

Congrats. Not all dealers are bad like some think. Thats the Exact same type of treatment i got from my dealer Zimbrick acura.

 

how are u still under warranty with 81,000miles??

 

If I don't have to pay for it. Warranty repair it is. There is no reason for them to fix things for free.

 

so, did u buy an extended warranty??

 

No extended warranty. the car wasn't even bought from them. I guess I got lucky.

 

*sigh* if only people were that nice. Yeah that is true not all dealers are that big of an A holes but jeeeez its so hard to trust one.

 

once you find a good dealership u gotta just stick with them.

i've still been searching for a "good service" one in the area.
