does anyone have or know where my friend could replace his bumper???
he has acura 2001 tl-type s and he wants to replace his front bumper.....does anyone know where to buy one? or have one? anything will help......he tried to find it online but no luck so i thought i could help him out by posting a thread here...

Please clarify the year/model of the car. 2001 TL Type S do not exist. I'm assuming the car is a 2002/2003 TL Type S though. I would say you should shop around any body shop or perhaps a junk yard even?

 

I should say that will be hard to find... a 2001 Type S bumper that is as it doesnt exist...

try ebay though as i am sure you mean a 2002 or 2003 and try your local junkyards in the phone book.

I'm sorry... i guess the politically correct name is "salvage yard" not "junk yard", heehee. Even if they do not have it locally most bigger ones have a national database they can search where "salvage dealers" all over the country input what they have to offer.

 

Where are you located and if you are looking for a 2001 front bumper, what condition do you want it in? I have an extra black front bumper from a 2000 TL.
