Wink My Car is now Unique

This is not a big deal but I feel good about it. I live in a not so big Ontario Canada city where there are only a few TLs. I had the first one in 1999 and then a few more showed up in 2000/01. A guy who lives about 5 blocks from me bought a black TL just like mine. His was a 2000 model. Then I stepped up to a 2002 TL Type S in March of this year. I had the only Type S in town (silver). This guy goes out and gets a Type S as well. A black one. I guess that is ok but it seemed more than coincidence. I fixed him. I ordered a vanity licence plate. It is the only one of its kind in Ontario. So now, let him try to beat that. Heres a picture.

"Pearl S" seems appropriate for my WDP, since I do think about "her" as my girl.

daverman.... hahahaha that's some funny stuff

one of my favorites was 3M TA3 (look at it through a mirror) but NYS now monitors personal plates and doesn't allow anything it thinks is dirty.....

Vanity plates

How long does it take to get the plates? What do you pay at renewal time each year? Do you pay that extra amount every year? I am thinking of getting one but can't decide on one (like Tattoos).

RiceDaddy, do you have a Blue TLS? I have seen ONE here in Calgary. It is sharp looking. White is nice too. The Red CLS is cool. Not too sure about the copper color ones.

We should get a TLS/CLS/Maxima/Altima meet in Cowtown. What do you think? I don't diss Acuras as the 4 cars above were my final choices. I do bump into some bad/annoying Honda/Acura drivers here in town. I tell myself, DON'T HATE THE CAR, HATE THE DRIVERS.

Can you think of vanity plates ideas for me?

I just ordered my personalized FL plate three weeks ago. It is a Space Shuttle Challenger commemorative, Blue to match my car, limited to 5 characters including spaces, so I got ...... BAD S. It is pretty close to BAD @SS, plus I have a Type-S and it should arrive in a few more weeks, or whenever the prisoners get around to cranking it out.

Total price w/ registration taxes $120.00 US, or like $750.00 CDN

My plate has an SR-71 on it.

It reads: 8B5S5B.

Can anyone figure out what the purpose of that tag is? Hint: it does not "stand" for anything, and is not a catchy phrase or code.
