Smile Mugen Eyelids

Hi,

I found these eyelids on Ebay:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=7948762310

I have a couple questions about them,

1) Are these real Mugen eyelids? because i didnt see eyelids on the mugen website?
2) They come in black, how will this look on my white 99 TL? Should i paint them white? If yes, how can i do this?
3) How do you install the eyelids?
4) How easy is it to remove the eyelids?

Thanks alot in advance
~mem

Yeah I got a set of these, if ya want pics just let me know. The guy I bought them off eBay for painted them my color for $20. The color was a perfect match to OEM too so I'm happy. About a 5 min install with 3M double sided tape. As easy to remove as peeling the tape off. I say get em...they look good

well the tape has held them on for me...I put them on in July and they lasted all summer (even with me going 120 down the highway ) and so far they've held up in the snowy New York winter. So, yeah, the seem to stay on just fine...just make sure you press the tape on hard

well the tape is on the underside of the eyelids...but they still feel secure and haven't moved one inch. Here's some pics of my car http://www.acurainspired.com/gallery...69&dowhat=user

in my opinion, those are ugly

but on white TL, i actually think black will bring a nice contrast.

The auction says so too, but I'm pretty sure these will only fit the 99-01s just incase anyone with a Type S was thinking about these.

And the 3M Double sided tape is pretty good at sticking. A lot of bodykits attach in this fashion too and they stay on just fine ... shouldn't be a big deal for a small little eyelid piece. Its not like putting it on with scotch tape or something

i beg to differ, i think our cars with eyebrows and a lip kit make it look much more agressive especially if you upgrade the headlights, check pics in my sig, go for it, they have an option to paint them for you, they come out good. def get them painted to match your car

i think the lid will only look good on a Red firepepper TL that is kitted. I wish they made a lid that actually looks nice and attaches such a way that it prevents from asshole stealing our HIDs.
