Mudflaps

how can you take the mudflaps off the back of the car? i am wondering if this makes any visual difference or any other kind of difference?

There are screws attaching them. Not sure how many.... Almost everyone agrees that it looks much better with a kit or without the flaps. Also the flaps actually dig into the paint so a lot of people remove them to preserve the paint.

depending on how long they have been on the car you may need to keep them on or get parts repainted. teh design is poor and they cut through the paint. to get them off you remove the few screws in the wheel well
