MP3 Aux Imput
MP3 Aux Imput
Hey guys I just bought a 2002 TL and I love it. Like the Bose sound system. I have two questions for you:
1. On my firebird I had rca adapter that plugged into the back of the radio (where the cd changer option would be plugged in) that I could plug my mp3 player into. Since we already have a cd changer, is there any aux input adapter that plugs into the back of our radio so I can listen to my iPod?
2. Are our headunits Sattelite ready?
Thanks!

you can pick up a blitzsafe adapter that will go from cd changer output to rca output and you the same converter to get from rca female to 3.5mm male.
i'm in the process of doing the same and can't wait til i can start listening to my n95 again.

There is nothing to swap. It plugs into the cd changer port on the back. Press the CD button twice to turn on the changer function. Press it again or FM/AM to turn it off. The devices plug into the Blitzsafe. Some versions control the ipod itself from the radio.
this is my first time even hearing about this, so i had to look around to see what it actually was.. looks to me like its not even compatible in my car..
