How much will Acua make you pay for a transmission after 100K tranny warranty expires.

Sh*t, I'd be OK to take a risk if its only $1-2K, but $4500 risk on a 100,000+ car......
might be a good idea to sell it after 100K

I usually keep cars till 200K miles, does anyone think its a good idea to keep a car after 100K miles on original tranny?

PS. Forgot to mention how resale value will go down in you are after 100K miles on original tranny
Unless you don't do your research before buying cars....
I actually want to see a case when someone's tranny blows at 100K+ miles, I want to see what dealer will do.
Maybe they give you a discount if you ***** long, like 'one time favor' to the coming back customer. but can't count on that...

BK99, I've got 145,000 miles on #1 and still it's OK and I don't baby it either! Sales rep use. I change the fluid every 20K miles at home and use only Honda ATF. Its a 00 TL-P with I/H/E now and pullies tomorrow.
